What to expect ?
AquaVibe classes consist of practicing aerobic exercises in range of shallow and deep water (depending on own comfort level). All coached by a qualified aqua fitness instructor set to music.
AquaVibe caters to everyone. Providing beginners, intermediate and advanced versions along with active senior, mums and bumps, and aqua dance.
You will explore and perform:
–Shallow water exercises in a vertical position in water depth of waist to chest level. Horizontal workout can be performed also with floating equipment. Aqua dumbbells, kickboards and swimming noodles, buoyancy belts, gloves are some of the equipment you will use. It’s a great cardiovascular, and muscle-toning workout using water resistance with low impact on the joints.
–Deep water exercises in water depth that allow the participant to remain a vertical position without touching the pool bottom using flotation equipment as buoyancy belt or swimming noodle. It’s a great cardiovascular workout where there is no impact on the joints.
Exercising in the deep or shallow water (depends on participant’s swimming ability) is a fun way of achieving a full-body workout and comes with benefits its land-based equivalents can’t offer.
